Anna (she/her) is working toward licensure in Virginia as a Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from George Mason University with a Master’s in Social Work. Anna is trained as a trauma-informed therapist and works from a competency-based approach. She has experience working with a variety of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, learning & attention issues, behavioral problems and eating disorders. Anna has worked in the court system, the special education school system, and the psychiatric hospital system. She currently works full-time at a residential eating disorder treatment center for adolescent girls. She specializes in adolescent & young adult populations and enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
Anna believes in cultivating a safe space, using a holistic & mindful approach with all of her clients. She has office hours on Monday afternoons/evenings and is a self-pay provider with a reduced fee.
